It was an ordinary day going to Makati where I am working. a typical 4 am where I need to walk in a common street that I used to take to commute. its quite far from the house so I need to walk by myself to get a jeepney ride up to buendia. That was apriL 30, 07. I never thought that I would be victimized by those motorcycle gang who snatched my bag. Imagine, that was few walks from the house pero nabiktima pa rin ako. It was so scary the mere fact that no one was around when it happened and even if I was screaming for help and asking for pity from those bastards, nothing happens, and that's the sad thing. I was traumatized for a week, I can't even get out of the house, its quite funny to think that strong lady like me would feel it. actually I still do but trying to cope from what happened. I'm just so blessed and lucky na wala masyadong nangyari sa ken, aside from some scratch at my arms and some pasa. marami kasi akong narinig na stories from some friends regarding to what happened to me that some of the victims were hospitalized.
From my own experience, I just want to address this to everybody, most specially woman and those who are working very early in the morning like me, to be more careful of your stuffs, don't be too confident na u are holding ur bag on ur shoulders because they might appear behinds u like what I encountered and pwede kang makaladkad bcoz nakamotor sila. Also dont walk alone lalo na kung madilim ang daan. Maganda na ung nag iingat di ba?
I wnt to the police after the incident and nagpablotter ako, but until now wala pa ring nahuhuli, pakalat -kalat pa rin sila. So I hope wala na silang mabiktima pa. Magbagong buhay na kayo noh!!!
